Looks like the Eagle Eye, that once figured prominantly in the “DeepWater” program, is still alive in South Korea. Info here. Obviously some of their claims are not true (perhaps lost in translation). It is certainly not the fastest UAV, and it is not the first of its type, since Eagle Eye prototypes did fly and completed many tests.
