I don’t often refer to stories like this, “New Cutter Begins Sea Trials,” but the historical notes on the namesake are too good to pass up. I don’t know about the Richard Etheridge doing 40 knots, but the CO, LCdr Lee, certainly made a good impression. Sounds like they are off to a good start.
