This is a three-year-old article, but Navy Lookout, a non-government news site focused on Royal Navy news and analysis, reports how the UK’s Royal Navy came to choose the MSI DS-30M MkII gun mount with the 30mm Bushmaster II Mk 44 chain gun that has also been chosen by the US Navy, under the designation Mk38 Mod4.
The first minute or two of this video has some decent, recent footage from Ukraine of the 25mm as mounted in Bradley’s. I must say, the API-T rounds are more impressive than I had given them credit for. Imagine the 30mm!

It is important to know how this worked. The gunner knew that his armor piercing rounds were not making an impression on this tank, so he switched, presumably to HE and proceeded to blind the tank by destroying its optics. Blinded, the crew abandoned the tank. Presumably Ukraine now has an almost new Russian built tank.
