Former Commandant Thad Allen–Time Person That Mattered

Former Commandant, Adm. Thad Allen was recognized by Time Magazine as a “Person Who Mattered” in their “2010, Person of the Year” issue.

Admiral Allen continues to make us proud.

Thanks to Ryan Erickson for bringing this to my attention.

  2. As the 123 refund is very important and I don’t have many ways of getting the former Commandant’s attention I am posting this appeal here in the hope that Admiral Allen sees it.

It appears the judge may be waiting until the new year to decide on our request for him to reverse his decision on the NG motion. Given that I am asking for Admiral Allen’s help in securing the declarations we need from the Coast Guard. We would like for the Coast Guard leadership to provide us the declarations we asked for especially the one from the volunteer. If we are successful and reverse the decision we can get back to holding the contractors accountable and getting that refund money X2 back. I am hopeful that we can focus on doing the right thing for the Coast Guard and the country and put this whole thing behind us.
