Since it began only a short time ago, I have been impressed with the quality of “The Naval Diplomat.” It is included on my list of recommended blogs, but I would particularly like to suggest this post, “Command of the Sea by Non-Traditional Means,” since the Coast Guard has had a central role in its realization.
