Tim Colton’s Maritime Memos brought to my attention that Huntington Ingalls (HII) has  admitted to billing improprieties on Government contracts. HII is, of course, the builder of the National Security Cutters. Reportedly the it was HII personnel who found the irregularities and they and “third party experts” are continuing to investigate.
