Thought this report was unusual enough to warrant some notice. The Coast Guard is to provide port security for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders Summit, Nov. 12-18, in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. This will involve about 100 Coasties.
