A graphic depicting the Tri-Service Maritime Strategy.

I will comment on this, after I have had an opportunity to read it, but wanted to put out the link to the strategy as quickly as possible. Here it is.

  1. I will think about this when the Navy Department includes the Coast Guard in the definition of naval forces in Title 10. Woodrow Wilson did it in 1916.
