Reuters reports, “Egypt’s coastguard caught three divers cutting through an undersea Internet cable on Wednesday, the army said, the first suggestion criminals might be involved in days of severed connections and disruptions online.”

Not proven, but when union telecom people were on strike, sometimes the connection boxes out in the country would get shot-up.
really? an anti-union rant here? there are other places.
