In a newly expanded role as C5ISR systems integrator, Northrop Grumman is responsible for integrating all cyber hardened C5ISR systems, including command and control, communications, navigation and the shipboard computer networking systems.

  1. Smart of ESG to basically make Northrop Grumman responsible for all major C5ISR systems, leaving ESG to concentrate on what they know best, which is hulls and outfitting. Any issues with them, and ESG can point the finger, but in the interim, will watch and learn.
