Reuters report.

Serious concern Russia may be preparing to attack Ukraine. The Ukrainians are apparently planning some upgrades, but it is definitely a David and Goliath situation.

  1. Being “sent”, doesn’t imply under their own power either. Unless vessels being piggybacked lack diesels to make the voyage themselves. I suspect the Ukraine Navy will be using their own licensed locally produced “Jenbacher” of Austria biogas marine diesels. Or even maybe a small marine gas turbine produced by “Zorya-Mashproekt” of the Ukraine
