A Ukrainian Coast Guard Station?

I have to wonder what is happening to Ukraine’s coast guard counterparts? I think this may be a sample.

I heard that it is more like Crimea they had a Coast Guard dock when Russia fought in 2014 Russia placed a Frigate right in the way of any Launch
After annexation of Crimea the Coast Guard moved to the Port of Odessa for a few years
I do not have any details of hostilities and the role of any Russia deployments but I guess there is a simmilar situation for Odessa now
