Coast Guard Public Information Offline

I don’t know what is happening but,

are all off line. My browser cannot find the server. They have been offline intermittently but now they have all been offline for days.

Didn’t USCG PA move a bunch of their content to sites hosted by a third party contractor? I presume that govdelivery.com (it was something like that) expected payment that it didn’t receive for obvious reasons and took everything offline.
