Wish I could tell you more about the ships, but this is the best information I was able to find. I think they will be about the size of the Offshore Patrol Cutters which means about 4500 tons. I would guess the speed will be about 24 knots. Looks like they will be armed with a 76mm and a 35mm Rheinmetall Oerlikon Millennium Gun.

The video states the ship can break one and a half meters of first year ice and a meter of multi-year ice. It appears the ship will have propeller shafts rather than Azipods.
