Coast Guard Hardest Hit by Zika

Military Times reports, that of 75 known cases of Zika among military personnel and their families, 17 are Coast Guardsmen or their family members.

Considering the small size of the service, this is a wildly disproporate incidence. Presumably it is primarily due to operations of Central America.
