NavyRecognition reports the delivery of the final pair of four French built 24 meter, 79 foot, 28 knot patrol boats to be operated by the Philippine Coast Guard
This was part of a $113M purchase of five vessels. Still to be delivered is a 270 foot Offshore Patrol Vessel.

This company is well respected and has had some notable successes including early Israeli missile boats to German designs.

Range is 600 miles, but that is pretty typical for inshore patrol craft. Still less than CG 87 footers and far less than the 110s.

This one looks like the one they got from Russia. The next one will be the real deal with catapults and arresting gear.
They seem to be learning very fast, but are apparently not satisfied with the fighter they have been using. They have a stealth fighter that looks like it will take its place.
